  • State of Texas v RG – Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, officer located a gun in our client’s car and claimed he was a gang member enhancing the offense to a Class A Misdemeanor. We challenged the stop and search of our client’s car and questioned whether he was a gang member.  After two and a half years of zealous representation the State dismissed the case. DISMISSED
  • State of Texas v MA – Reckless Driving,  officers alleged our client was racing and sideswiped another vehicle.  At trial, the prosecutor admitted they could not prove their case. – DISMISSED.
  • State v. JC – Deadly Conduct, client allegedly ran his ex girlfriend’s car off the road.  In this case, our client had immigration issues which required a dismissal or he could be deported.  Our attorneys challenged the arrest. – DISMISSED
